环巴胺(Cyclopamine)从藜芦属植物内分离得到的一种异甾体类生物碱，主要存在百合科植物中北美山藜芦(Veratrum californicum)、印第安鹿食草(Corn lily)及毛叶藜芦(Veratrum grandiflorum)、伊贝(Fritillaria pallidiflora Schrenk)四种植物。

环巴胺对Hedgehog信号通路有抑制作用,在抗肿瘤方面表现出良好的活性。研究表明，环巴胺可以对Hedgehog信号通路的激活起到抑制作用，而后者参与原癌基因 Smoothened (Smo) 或灭活肿瘤抑制基因 Patched (Ptch) 的突变相关反应途径，并且这两种基因都能够编码多程跨膜蛋白。此外，已经证明环巴胺的抑制作用是由于其与Smo七螺旋蛋白束的直接结合有关。
