艾美捷游离脂肪酸荧光法测定试剂盒通过一个酶偶联反应来检测血液和尿液中游离脂肪酸的含量.该反应最终会生成高度荧光产物9-羟基-3-异吩恶唑酮，检测荧光强度即可了解游离脂肪酸含量.
该试剂盒通过酶欧联反应来检测游离脂肪酸含量，激发波长为530-540nm，发射波长为585-595nm.
