艾美捷Jackson 正常兔血清使用：
正常兔血清是以冻干粉形式提供的，本品需要先溶解配制成原液后再稀释使用。溶解方法：用5 mL 蒸馏水（dH2O）充分溶解冻干粉（如果不澄清，可对其离心处理），此时得到的即是原液。然后按照1:20的比例用缓冲液，如PBS或PBST，稀释到需要的5%工作液。也可以根据自身实验条件，稀释到合适的工作液浓度。

Information
Normal serums are lipid extracted to improve clarity, dialyzed against phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing sodium azide, and freeze dried. Normal serum diluted to 5% (v/v) in PBS is strongly recommended as a blocking reagent to reduce background from non-specific, conserved sequence and/or Fc receptor binding. Best results are obtained with diluted normal serum from the same host as the labeled antibody, as a separate incubation step before addition of the primary antibody.
Usage
Physical State: Freeze-dried solid
Storage and Rehydration: Store freeze-dried solid at 2-8°C. Rehydrate with the indicated volume of dH2O and centrifuge if not clear. Prepare working dilution on day of use. Product is stable for about 6 weeks at 2-8°C as an undiluted liquid.
Extended Storage after Rehydration: Aliquot and freeze undiluted product at -20°C or below. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Expiration date: one year from date of rehydration. The expiration date may be extended if test results are acceptable for the intended use.
Preservative: 0.05% Sodium Azide
Suggested Working Concentration or Dilution Range:
For blocking purposes, use 5% (v/v) solution (1:20 dilution from rehydrated volume). Rehydration according to instruction yields serum.
